FOOD SAFETY MANAGER SERVICE
More about our services
For a self-monitoring system (GHP, HACCP) to work properly, a competent person must be appointed in the establishment. However, the availability of suitably qualified personnel in the company is not always sufficient, and the existing qualified personnel are also assigned more work functions by the manager of the company, which results in a lack of time to carry out the self-monitoring duties properly. This can lead to the release of unsafe food on the market, reputational damage and embarrassment for the company and for the control authority.
